After 7 years, a suspect is finally being tried in the slaying of the two Donovan brothers during a drug deal rip-off. The trial has been on television and in the news papers; yet, here we have two morons out for a drug transaction who come face to face with a sawed off shotgun.

Fortunately, the only thing wounded was the dashboard inside their automobile. The two men were unharmed. The suspects were captured by police; one hiding in Billerica and one in Lowell.

Some people have absolutely no functioning survival coping mechanisms at all. Everyone has a brain and an instinctual ability to identify reality, form concepts and to learn. Yet, it is amazing that so many don’t bother to exercise the one survival tool we are born with – the human brain.

Why work when you can plunder? Why strain yourself when 3 minutes of thuggery will get you what you want instead of a full day or two of constant labor? Why not form a collective and add more ability to utilize force upon others.

I’m guessing that it won’t be long before we, the taxpayers, are paying under the force of law through taxation, to pay for the meals, beds and facilities that will no doubt be provided to them. It’s my hope, however, that citizens will soon get sick of hearing, seeing or reading about this non-sense and demand that these offenders and others like them remain incarcerated for very long sentences.
